Snarf’s Sandwiches Offers New Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich + Charity Donation

In an announcement that will surprise no one, I’m quite the sandwich fiend. I have my favorites, certainly, but I’m really not too picky on toppings, bread, or any other sandwich-related nuances. Shockingly, though, I can’t remember any other time I’ve seen Chicken Cordon Bleu within a sandwich. That’s why I’m so geeked about Snarf’s Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich – but it’s only available for a limited time, so we gotta hustle.

The Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich will come off the menu on 1/1 and is part of Snarf’s secret “not on the menu” menu. This bad boy is a toasted sandwich piled high with juicy rotisserie chicken and sweet ham on Snarf’s signature bread. And that bread is GOOD – it pairs the perfect amount of crunch with softness on the inside. The sandwich also oozes with melted provolone and Swiss cheeses. And for the proverbial cherry (or in this case, condiments) on top, you’ll find tangy brown mustard and creamy parmesan dressing. But don’t let words tell the story – this picture will do just fine.

Even better, Snarf’s is donating a percentage of the first week’s sales (that’s this week!) of the Chicken Cordon Bleu to local food charities, including Central Texas Food Bank. If you can eat yummy food AND do good? Well, that’s a terrific day.

Snarf’s Sandwiches founder Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel developed the Chicken Cordon Bleu ‘wich because it’s something he’s always enjoyed. Turning delicious dishes into superb sandwiches is something I can get behind. And check out Jimmy’s style – that’s one snazzy suit.

So stop by your local Snarf’s this week and pick up a Chicken Cordon Bleu. Your taste buds will thank you, and your meal will taste even more rewarding knowing you’re helping out hungry people. That’s a pretty awesome feeling.
