Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Have you ever been afraid to try and make something because it was too complicated? Does it seem like all of the best desserts have 15 ingredients and require hours and hours of preparation? As every infomercial would say, “There has to be a better way!” Those complex recipes may be too daunting, but you don’t have to pass up on delicious treats. Instead, give this simple fudge recipe a try and impress everyone that tastes it.
You Peanut Butter (Fudge) Believe It
I hope you’re sitting down for this because you will faint otherwise – there are only THREE ingredients in this fudge. And if you’re more a fan of white chocolate than milk or dark, you can ditch the chocolate chips altogether and stick to just two ingredients. I’m still not sure how something so easy to make can taste so good, yet here we are.

The actual prep time of this is only about 10 minutes, with microwaving taking up roughly half of those minutes. Sure, you’ll have to wait a bit to let the fudge set, but trust me, it’s worth the wait. Go watch a couple episodes of your favorite show, take a quick jog, or knit a sweater while the fudge is chillin’.
Ingredients
1 pound of white almond bark or white confectioner’s coating broken into pieces
1 14-16 oz. jar of peanut butter
12 oz. of dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan (8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch) with parchment paper. You want the paper to be overflowing and fall over the sides of the pan.
- Place the broken almond bark/confectioner’s coating into a large microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave. You’ll microwave it for about five minutes, stirring every 30-60 seconds.
- When the bark/coating is smooth and creamy, stir in the peanut butter until it’s thoroughly mixed. Spread the mixture into the baking dish.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 1-2 hours until set. Lift the fudge out of the pan – the excess parchment paper serves as perfect handles – and slices the squares using a pizza cutter.
- Consume. Sharing is optional.
