Products: Veggetti Pro Table-Top Spiralizer

I’ve been a pasta enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I mean, I just wrote about the top pasta restaurants in Austin, so clearly I have at least some affinity for noodles. But it’s only recently that I’ve gotten into veggie pasta. It’s certainly a different flavor than your traditional spaghetti, but it’s pretty darn delightful. Thankfully, I’ve come across the Veggetti Pro Table-Top Spiralizer for all my veggie spiraling needs.

The Soothing Spirals

Perhaps my favorite thing about the Veggetti Pro Table-Top Spiralizer is that it’s quite therapeutic to crank a vegetable into dust…or in this case, into gorgeous, vibrant spirals. And it really is as simple as turning a crank. You just choose the style of cut you want, plop your veggie in there, and GET CRANKING.

There are three different blades: thin, thick, and ribbon cut. I’ve used it most often with zucchini and squash, though any similarly shaped vegetable will do. You can throw in a sweet potato on ribbon cut and make your own chips, you can make a lovely bed of carrots and cucumbers for a spiral salad, or you can make a vivacious batch of Veggie Pasta with Marinara Sauce. The world is your oyster…er, vegetable.

Veggie Pasta
Don’t think of veggie pasta as an impasta – it tastes too good.

Give the Veggetti Pro Table-Top Stabilizer a try for a healthier alternative to spaghetti – albeit one that’s just as delicious. Your mouth won’t know what hit it.
