Weeman and Chronic Tacos Partner On School’s Out Special

Summer break is upon us, though this year is hardly the norm when it comes to…well, just about everything. And it’s cool to see businesses offering deals and giveaways to help students get some sense of normalcy. Chronic Tacos is one such spot.

On Wednesday, June 17, the taco store is giving students a nice graduating gift. Students with a valid student ID can grab a Burrito or Bowl-rito with chips, salsa, and a fountain drink for $6.99.

To help promote the special, actor, and skateboarder Weeman is giving away a signed skateboard to one winner. Weeman, whose birth name is Jason Acuña,  is best known as a star on Jackass and host of Fox Sports Net’s skateboarding show, 54321.

How to Participate in the Chronic Tacos and Weeman Special and Giveaway

Participating in the special and giveaway is super simple. To score the deal, simply bring your proof of school ID on Wednesday, June 17. The offer is only available in-store, so no online or third party delivery.

To enter the giveaway, hop on over to Instagram and follow Weeman. He’ll be posting about the giveaway and picking a lucky follower, who will receive a special signed skateboard. You’ll also need to follow Chronic Tacos to be eligible to win, so go ahead and do that now, too.

I tried to skateboard over the weekend after not touching a board for over a decade. It went poorly, as you’d probably expect. Considering I can’t even roller skate or blade without needing to hang onto a wall, I’m not sure why I thought skateboarding would be any different. Luckily, if you’re like me and not a competent skater at all, a skateboard deck is still a pretty cool thing to hang up on your wall.

And if nothing else, students can get a hearty meal on the cheap. That’s a solid way to kick off the summer.
