Jarlsberg Cheese Waffle Grilled Cheese Recipe

I’ve been feeling sick for most of the week. When I’ve got a cold and/or the sniffles, there are only a few things I like consuming: soup, tea, and grilled cheese. Luckily, they’re all super easy to make. But only grilled cheese gives the satisfying crunch with every bite (unless your soup is filled with popcorn or something weird).

Grilled cheeses also provide quite the ability to mix things up, not just in your cheese and topping selections, but also in what you use for buns. Not that I ever need an excuse to make a grilled cheese, but National Waffle Day is coming up on March 25. Now that’s the perfect time to whip up this tasty recipe from Jarlsberg® Cheese.

The Norwegian cheese company has been at it since 1956, so they know a thing or two about cheese. And all Jarlsberg® Cheese varieties are naturally lactose- and gluten-free, so just about everyone can enjoy.

Check out the recipe below to get your grilled cheese on. For a list of other recipes and cheese products, visit www.jarlsberg.com.
